Welcome to Netwynk, a platform built to make your networking smarter, smoother, and just a tap away. By accessing or using our services (including our NFC smart cards, digital pages, QR-based utilities, and more), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
Our services are available to anyone with a valid email address and social media account. By using Netwynk, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and belongs to you.
2. Our Services
Netwynk offers a range of digital identity and networking solutions, including:
NFC smart cards
Digital business profiles/pages
Quick product links
Custom smart tools (like scannable Wi-Fi, review systems, etc.)
Services may be sold as one-time purchases (e.g. physical cards) or subscription-based offerings (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually).
3. Account Registration
To access our services, users are required to complete a simple registration form with basic personal details (name, email, phone number, city, state, country, etc.).
4. Customization Policy
Each user is eligible for one round of customization per product.
Further design changes or reprints are available at an additional cost. Our creative team ensures fair and reasonable customization under a “fair use” model.
5. Content Responsibility & Usage Restrictions
You are solely responsible for all content and links shared via your Netwynk profile or card. We do not endorse, verify, or monitor user-submitted content.
🚫 Strictly Prohibited:
Sharing or promoting fraudulent, illegal, or misleading content
Using Netwynk for impersonation, scams, or harmful behavior
Uploading malicious links or directing users to harmful websites
Any violation will result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of service. Severe violations may be reported to legal authorities.
Disclaimer: Netwynk is not liable for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from content provided by users.
6. Payment & Pricing
All orders must be prepaid.
We do not accept cash on delivery (COD) under any circumstance.
Pricing may vary based on the type of service (physical cards vs. digital tools), and subscription duration.
Our services are offered on a non-refundable basis, as each product is custom-made and/or activated digitally.
7. Refunds, Reprints & Cancellations
Refunds are not available once an order is confirmed and production has begun. This applies to both digital and physical products.
In case of an error in printing caused by us, we offer one-time reprinting at no extra cost.
Any additional changes or damage caused by the customer will require a fresh order and payment.
Full cancellation/refund and return policies are available on their respective policy pages.
8. Service Usage Disclaimer
Netwynk does not facilitate payments or transactions between our customers and their users/clients.
Our digital tools are purely for display, sharing, and presentation purposes.
We do not take responsibility for any customer-to-customer dealings, disputes, or payments.
9. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violating these Terms, including but not limited to:
Sharing fraudulent or illegal content
Misuse of platform for unauthorized promotions
Repeated abuse of customization services
Violations may also lead to legal action if deemed necessary.
10. Warranty & Liability
All services are provided “as is.”
We do not offer warranties or guarantees, except for technical support in the case of system errors or card malfunctions.
Netwynk is not liable for any data loss, business disruption, or third-party content shared through our platform.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any major changes will be notified via email or posted on our website.
