β Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before production or customization begins.
Orders that include custom designs, NFC printing, or personalized elements cannot be canceled once processing has started.

π Return Policy
We accept returns only in the following cases:
The product received is damaged or defective.
There is a printing/design error caused by Netwynk.
Note: Returns are not accepted for personalized/customized products unless there’s a genuine error on our end.
Return Conditions:
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in original condition.
Return shipping costs:
Covered by us if the fault is ours.
Paid by customer if the return is due to customer error.

Refunds are processed only in case of:
Order cancellation (before production)
Accepted product return due to error on our side
Refunds will be processed within 7β15 working days.
Any applicable gateway or handling charges may be deducted.
