  • You may cancel your order before production or customization begins.

  • Orders that include custom designs, NFC printing, or personalized elements cannot be canceled once processing has started.

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.

  • There is a printing/design error caused by Netwynk.

Note: Returns are not accepted for personalized/customized products unless there’s a genuine error on our end.

Return Conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Return shipping costs:

    • Covered by us if the fault is ours.

    • Paid by customer if the return is due to customer error.

  • Refunds are processed only in case of:

    • Order cancellation (before production)

    • Accepted product return due to error on our side

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days.

  • Any applicable gateway or handling charges may be deducted.
